Grand Jury Indicts Six Officers In Death Of Freddie Gray  A grand jury has indicted six police officers in the death of Freddie Gray, a Baltimore resident who died after sustaining a spinal cord injury while in police custody. On May 1, State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby charged all six officers involved in the incident and said Gray’s arrest was illegal. Mosby faced intense criticism for the charges she filed against the officers: Officer Caeser B. Goodson, Jr. was charged with second-degree depraved heart murder, involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, two counts of manslaughter by vehicle and misconduct in office . Officer William G. Porter was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault and misconduct in office. Lt. Brian W. According to Your Daily Dose Of Conservatism, A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to an investigative document obtained by The Washington Post.  The prisoner , who is currently in jail, was separated from Gray by a metal partition and could not see him.
