International Scientists Appeal To UN To Protect The Public From Wireless And Other EMF Exposures  A few weeks ago 190 scientists from 39 nations filed an appeal to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations, UN member states requesting an urgent review of the current guidelines for electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and wireless technology. Their goal is that appropriate protective measures be introduced to protect the global human population and wildlife from EMF exposures that are spiraling out of control . Current EMF exposure guidelines offer no protection Acute exposures to harmful levels of EMFs may be immediately realized as burns. But the health effects due to chronic or occupational exposure may not manifest effects for months or years. The scientists appeal states, “ ICNIRP (The International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) guidelines set exposure standards for high-intensity, short-term, tissue-heating thresholds. These do not pro

The Budget Pistol That’s As Accurate As The Military’s M9 Just as much a classic design as it is a proven one, the Beretta 92FS has a well-deserved legacy. In service in various environments with multiple militaries around the world, including our own (as the M9 and M9A1), the Beretta 92FS is without a doubt one of the most heavy-duty and resilient wonder nines produced. The Beretta 92FS does have its detractors, but it’s a gun that’s going to stick around for many years to come and is destined to live on in the history books regardless of whether we love it or hate it. Having a dependable sidearm that stays at your side is essential, and you’ll want something that’s reliable, accurate, is big enough to fight with, has a large magazine capacity, and fires a common round. The Beretta fulfills all of these roles to become one of the combat pistols you should consider. But there’s one thing that the Beretta does not have going for it, and that is price. If you’re on a budg

Garlic Mustard: The Super-Nutritious Edible ‘Weed’ You Probably Mow Over  Garlic mustard ( Alliaria petiolata ) is a member of the mustard family and has a noticeable garlic aroma — hence its name. In Europe, this plant is loved and used by many rural people, but in North America it is often referred to as a noxious weed. In fact, if you do a search on the Internet you will find a noxious weed alert for almost every state and province. Those that know the weed well will tell you that the only reason this plant is deemed intolerable is because we are overrun with it from not using it. If only we ate more of it, we likely would feel differently. How it spreads Garlic mustard , like other weeds, spreads by seeds that fall just a few feet from each plant. With the help of animals and humans, it gets transported. The first year the plant is small with inconspicuous leaves that blend well with other native plants. They look like violet leaves or wild ginger leaves. More

Craig Hemke: The U.S. Has Come Off The Rails – Mass Civil Unrest Is Coming  In a time of universal deceit – telling the truth is a revolutionary act. – George Orwell (Eric Blair) They’re at the point now (the central planners) where they are just openly making things up and manipulating data just to game whatever they want to do. It is surreal to watch. – Craig Hemke, Shadow of Truth  When a nation owes another nation a million dollars, the debtor has a problem. When a nation owes another nation $1.2 trillion dollars the creditor nation has a problem. How does the creditor nation, China, handle this fact?  What if China began using the interest payments from the debtor nation, the United States, to finance a new global bank, like the BRICS Bank and the AIIB? What if the creditor nation, China, began using the interest payments , roughly $300 billion annually, to build a New Silk Road that solidifies relations with their neighbors, creates commerce for both the neighbo

How Hemp Could Revolutionize Modern Homesteading  A story out of Oregon underscored the absolute insanity which comes from a bureaucracy-fueled, over-regulated nation. Joining with a number of other states which have emerged from their power-hungry desire to control aspects of American’s lives that they have no business messing with, Oregon’s legislature officially recognized hemp as a separate entity from marijuana . But the Keystone Cops aspect of the story wasn’t done just yet. The kicker in Oregon is that after it was made legal to grow … it still wasn’t legal to grow. Sure, you can apply for one of three licenses required to grow it (our federal and state governments are absolutely in love with licenses ), but, technically, you can’t get the seeds needed, because they’re still regulated by the DEA for importation as a “schedule 1 substance.”   Insanity . But there’s hope. More about that in a bit. More http://bit.ly/1J0YXZ7 'via Blog this'

A Green Beret’s Guide To EMP: Practical Steps To Prepare For A “Lights Out” Scenario (Part 1)  Jeremiah Johnson is a retired Green Beret of the United States Army Special Forces (Airborne) and a graduate of the U.S. Army’s SERE school (Survival Evasion Resistance Escape). This series is dedicated to Ben Raines, one of SHTF’s readers, who wrote: “If the power is out for more than 2 weeks I will have some serious decisions to make.” Ben, I’m doing this article for you as I promised, and I hope it will help you (and others) to make those decisions in the critical moments and days following an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) event.  Although I had plenty of science courses in college, I am not a scientist.  Certainly someone with a scientific background will comment on this article .  Let me state this:  Scientists, I welcome all comments, positive or negative, but please make them proactive .  These articles are forums where the writers are “emcees” that introduce topics f

How To Grow Your Own Organic Potatoes In Just 4 Square Feet This method is very simple, can be reused for years and looks great. There’s a new Mr. Potato in town. Last year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture approved a few new genetically modified potato varieties for farmers to grow commercially. There are genetically modified versions of the popular Russet potato and the Atlantic potato, the New York Times reports. It seems like every week another GMO fruit or vegetable is being approved just another good reason to grow your own! Potatoes are fairly low maintenance , can be grown in a pot or in the ground, last a fairly long time if stored properly, and can be very nutritious (high in potassium and vitamin C). Here’s more incentive: according to this article, you can grow 100 pounds of potatoes in 4 sq. feet. According to this article from the Seattle Times, potatoes planted inside a box with this method can grow up to 100 pounds of potatoes in just 4 square fe

Buying Local Honey: What You Need To Know  One of my favorite long-term food choices in our pantry is honey .  Storing honey is a popular choice amongst preppers. After all, its versatility coupled with the capacity to last a lifetime is a perfect investment for your long-term food stores. Many are aware of the additives put into honey and ultra-filtering that inevitably removes all of the health benefits it possesses in its natural state. In fact, recent laboratory tests have revealed that 76% of the honey purchased in common chain grocery stores has been ultra filtered. Why Buy Local? Buying locally will ensure you get the purest form of honey around. As well, purchasing in bulk quantities will help you add to your natural prepper pantries and save a buck at the same time.  When raw honey is left in its natural state and is unfiltered, it contains pollen, enzymes , antioxidants and many other beneficial compounds that researchers are just beginning to learn about.

New Study: 80% Of Consumers Would Pay More For Non-GMO Foods  Want more proof that Monsanto’s demise is imminent? In a recently published Nielsen study of 30,000 consumers, 80 percent of respondents said they would pay more for foods labeled “Non-GMO.”  Do we really need more proof that people are turning their backs on biotech-altered poison crops? This doesn’t mean that people actually trust the ‘ Non-GMO ’ food label, and unless it has been verified, they shouldn’t. Even brands like Cherrios have stated that their product doesn’t contain GMO, but how can we be certain? Furthermore, foods like Xochitl tortilla chips were marketed as GMO-free, but were found to contain GM corn through an investigation by Consumer Reports. Even though 61 percent of food buyers said they thought it was ‘very’ or ‘ moderately ’ important to purchase foods with a non-GMO label, exceeded only perhaps by the importance of avoiding foods with high-fructose corn syrup, most of them reported n

Senior NATO Official Claims We’ll Be At War By Summer  Last week, former NSA intelligence analyst John Schindler posted a rather disturbing tweet.  With a statement that one could only assume to be a reference towards Russia, Schindler wrote “Said a senior NATO (non-US) GOFO to me today: “We’ll probably be at war this summer. If we’re lucky it won’t be nuclear.” Let that sink in.” So who is John Schindler? Being a ten-year veteran of the NSA, he was in the news a bit more when Snowden was making frequent headlines. He used to be a professor at the U.S. Naval War College, and is currently a frequent contributor to Business Insider. According to his biography on Business Insider, he used to teach classes on security, strategy, intelligence, and terrorism, and he has “collaborated closely with other government agencies who would probably prefer he didn’t mention them.” It’s safe to say that Schindler probably brushes shoulders with high-ranking officials from time to tim

Photos: California Oil Spill Volunteers Appear Clueless About Petroleum Poisoning  Surely the photos below do not lie about the total lack of safety precautions on the California shoreline where the latest oil spill has occurred. Santa Barbara beaches are now the site of two catastrophic oil spills, the first having occurred in 1969. That one was partially credited for the the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency so bad was the damage to the seashore and aquatic ecosystems. “The BP Gulf Oil Spill taught everyone that oil spills by their very nature can be extremely dangerous. The petrochemical toxicities both in the water and the ambient air ought to be taken very seriously. The crude petroleum VOCs (volatile organic compounds) alone can create especially perilous conditions to work in on a warm sunny day.” A lot has changed in the area of oil spill response since 1969. Certainly the BP Gulf oil spill was instrumental in showing the world how not to remediate

What Are the Most Effective Natural Antibiotics?  Nature has provided thousands of natural medicines and natural antibiotics over millennia. Most people are unaware, but most pharmaceutical medications originally came from the plants of the Earth. After they were proven effective in treating various ailments, the pharmaceutical industry then created synthetic variants which they could patent . In this way, they retained the exclusive rights to earn revenues from their patents over a specific period of time. The point is that every medicine under the sun originated as an herb or a spice, a tree leaf or shrub root, a berry or a fruit. Fortunately, some of these same medicinals function as very efficacious natural antibiotics.  Especially when they are prepared properly, these potent medicines can produce the desired effects without many of the adverse side-effects associated with pharmaceutical-grade antibiotics. High-powered pharmaceutical antibiotics certainly have

Gardening, Fresh Food And A Simple Approach To Life – It Works  Yesterday was one of those days that you can only dream about during the long, cold and snowy days of an Ohio Winter. It was simply a perfect day. The sun was shining, the temperatures were in the mid-70’s – and best of all, we both worked in the garden and around the farm from sun up to sun down. It just doesn’t get any better than that – period! I don’t think Mary nor I could ever imagine life without our garden, or our chickens and bees – or anything else that comes with our little 3 acre Old World Garden Farm . But what makes us both even happier is that each and every day, more people from every walk of life are realizing the same thing. They want to plant their first garden, grow some of their own food, and even raise a few chickens for their own eggs. There is something very special about becoming responsible for the food on your table. In addition to the ever-rising cost of fresh food and produce, th

New House Bill H.R.2232 Designed To Force Vaccines Onto The American Population  Vaccines are at the core of a contentious debate in the United States – one that rages between people who dare to question the ingredients in mass-produced big pharma immunizations and those who believe dangerous chemicals are the foundation of good health. Today’s parents are bombarded with facts, opinions and downright lies about vaccine dangers from friends, family, media and even physicians. However, it is the right and duty of all parents to sift through all the talk about vaccines and make an informed decision about whether to refuse immunizations for their own children. But, is that right going to be stripped away by controlling government interests? House Bill H.R. 2232 is a sickening proposal If Representative Frederica Wilson has her way, parents will no longer have a say in vaccine decisions regarding their own children. She recently introduced House Bill H.R. 2232 in an attem

Hillary Clinton: Monsanto’s Next Poster Puppet  Conservative, liberal or independent – it makes no difference – when one of the nationally recognized presidential candidates for 2016 supports Monsanto , you know that democracy has failed in the United States. I’m talking about Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton is Monsanto’s next poster puppet . Why? She represents a demographic that wants GMOs labeled. She represents ‘women’ who are, in large part, the people who buy groceries, take them home, and feed their families. She represents ‘democratsl ostensibly educated, liberal, and young – but she doesn’t represent me. That’s because she supports GMOs . Hillary Rodham Clinton doesn’t represent the American people, either. Recently, she stated her desire to get industry representatives around a table to have an “intensive discussion” about “how the federal government could help biotechs with insurance against [financial] risk.” That’s right – when the news comes out, and it w

How To Grow Food In A Slum: Lessons From The Sack Farmers Of Kibera, Kenya  Farming in a slum, however, inevitably has its complications. Not only is land and space scarce, but finding areas free from contamination can also be a challenge. According to Eva Kadzo, a public health officer and community strategist with the ministry of health, sack farming in Kibera has helped discourage people from planting crops near dump sites and sewers, which had been a common practice in the area. Many of the sewers contain heavy metals such as lead and mercury, creating a health risk to those who consume vegetables grown near them. Joyce Anyango, 30, a mother of three, says becoming an independent sack farmer has changed her life. She makes between $40 and $70 per month from selling her vegetables, and plans to increase her number of sacks to boost her income. “I used to struggle to feed my family,” she says. “However, these days I not only have vegetables readily available, but

In Nevada, The Most Distinctive Cause Of Death Is The Police  Nevada’s most distinctive cause of death — though not its most frequent — isn’t a disease. It’s encounters with law enforcement , according to a new state-by-state report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Encounters with law enforcement in this case does not include executions. The study maps out how geography factors into the prevalence of rare killers. For 22 states, the total number of these types of deaths was under 100. The Silver State falls into that group, with deaths by so-called legal intervention at 82, a rate 2.8 times the national average, said Francis Boscoe of the New York State Cancer Registry and the lead researcher in the study. Researchers couldn’t identify a clear reason why death by legal intervention garnered the most distinction in Nevada as well as New Mexico and Oregon. More http://bit.ly/1ccQzqI 'via Blog this'

The Double Standard Nobody Noticed In The Naugler Case  I’m sure many of you remember when the CPS visited the Naugler family’s Kentucky home earlier this month, and took all 10 of their kids. For the crime of living outside of mainstream society, one of their busy body neighbors alerted the authorities to their unique lifestyle, and now the family is still dealing with the consequences. To date, none of these kids have been returned to their parents. So what was it about their lifestyle that was so offensive to the authorities, that they were deemed unfit to raise a family? Based on some of the questions that the CPS asked the parents, which included subjects like guns, vaccines, and their homeschool curriculum , it seems like a classic case of the government targeting people who are just trying to live independent of the system. Chief among these supposed crimes, was that the family wasn’t giving their kids a “proper education.” The Nauglers had been following a sty

How Will The Government Control The Enforcers?  The talk of FEMA camps and martial law has been almost nonstop for the past few years. The actions by the government have led us to the current predicament where the surreal has become the new norm .  It would have been unthinkable 20 years ago to imagine we would actually be talking about the subversion and downfall of the United States with little outcry from the population in general. Many articles have made the case that at least some of the military and police would follow orders to put the population into submission by force if necessary. This would include the forced detention and possible execution of many antigovernment protestors. If even a small percentage of the enforcers revolted against the government orders it would provide a very large armed component that would add to the armed civilian population and would provide a serious impediment to government operations even if external forces were brought in

The History, Medicinal Uses & Science Behind The Use Of Essential Oils  “We each have the innate ability to heal ourselves. To empower ourselves with natural solutions, instead of succumbing to life-altering chemicals . There’s a time and place for pharmaceuticals, but it shouldn’t be the first answer, nor the only form treatment.” – Dana Arcuri – author, speaker, wellness coach If you like to take care of you and your family’s health safely and naturally, you might want to consider adding some essential oils to your medicine cabinet. Essential oils have been used throughout recorded history for a wide variety of health-related applications. The very wise Egyptians were some of the first people to use essential oils extensively in their medical practice, beauty treatments, food preparation, and religious ceremonies. Frankincense, sandalwood, myrrh, and cinnamon were considered incredibly valuable cargo along the caravan trade routes and were sometimes exchanged in

Natural Weed Control For A Healthy Garden  The more we learn about herbicides and pesticides , the more we realize that they’re really bad for both us and the environment. However, you can’t just let the weeds take over either. They’ll steal all of the moisture and nutrients from the soil and your plants won’t thrive. What’s the alternative , though? Is there such a thing as natural weed control for your garden? Yes there is! Pull Them Yeah, I know. Pulling weeds is hard work and in the beginning it’s tough for beginning gardeners to tell the difference between small plants and weeds. However, pulling weeds is the most effective way of getting them out of your garden. You need to be careful that you get the plant and the root or else you’re just wasting your time. Be Patriotic: Return Your Cancer-Causing Roundup  GMO Free USA has some advice for you this memorial weekend. Take your unused Roundup spray bottles and jugs back to the retailer who sold them to you, and tell them that carcinogenic chemicals aren’t patriotic. After marching  against Monsanto , do something that actually hits the company in its pocket book – ask for your money back on it’s best-selling herbicide. Tell Lowe’s or Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or any other hardware store that sold you Big Biotech’s carcinogenic chemicals (as described in a report presented by the World Health Organization) that patriots of the United States of America don’t sell people something that can cause gut disturbances, cancer, reproductive health issues, liver and kidney failure, autism, upper respiratory issues, and dozens of other health challenges. The active ingredient in their product, glyphosate, is ruining life on planet Earth, and we shouldn’t have to pay for that. More htt

50% Of All Medical Literature Is False  In the past few years more professionals have come forward to share a truth that, for many people, proves difficult to swallow. One such authority is Dr. Richard Horton, the current editor-in-chief of the Lancet – considered to be one of the most well respected peer-reviewed medical journals in the world. Dr. Horton recently published a statement declaring that a lot of published research is in fact unreliable at best, if not completely false. “The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses , and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness.” More http://bit.ly/1IWeibN 'via Blog this'

March Against Monsanto: Global Protest Movement Takes Down GMOs  Headlines around the world this weekend read like this one: ‘March Against Monsanto’: Protest against GMO giant to roll in 38 countries this weekend “Hundreds of thousands of demonstrators in 428 cities are expected to turn out this weekend to protest agribusiness giant Monsanto. The third annual ‘March Against Monsanto’ seeks to highlight the company’s part in control of the food supply. The worldwide protest scheduled for May 23 is a continuation of growing awareness and opposition to industrial agriculture’s increasing consolidation of farming resources and methods , according to organizers.” There are many reasons why Monsanto has been targeted by a rapidly growing global protest movement. The company represents everything that is profoundly wrong with Corporate America. Monsanto operates in the transnational marketplace in a manner that is completely without respect for the wishes of nations and econom

5 Survival Lessons From ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ The new Mad Max movie (Fury Road) takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where war lords and roving gangs control vast swaths of land, resources and people. Max is a loner who gets captured by one such war lord, and is forced to endure physical abuse while also suffering from his own inner demons. Max is many things, but first and foremost he is a survivor . The movie is set in a desert world where water, gas, and food are scarce enough to be fought over, and between the harsh environment and endless rivals, the chances of survival are slim. But Max manages to endure , and can give us a few lessons along the way. 1. Be Wary of Strangers The movie is fraught with this lesson. In a survival situation like Max’s, it is probably best to take a long look at anyone you meet. When push comes to shove, humans will go to great lengths to survive, and when society has crumbled, there is no telling what others are capable of. More htt

People In This Country Have No Idea What They Are Eating  We took the streets just to ask people if they could recognize the five-syllable-plus ingredients listed on average food packaging (which are anything but basic even though they are commonly found everywhere). On a side note, people have also been engineered to eat whatever advertisers tell them to… More with Videos http://bit.ly/1cbk1NY 'via Blog this'

This Family Switched To Organic For 2 Weeks, And The Results Are Simply Amazing  Simply eating mostly organic foods for two weeks can dramatically reduce levels of pesticides found in the human body, a study in Sweden has found. The same study showed that members of a family who ate a conventional modern diet had high levels of pesticides in their urine . “The results of the survey clearly show that some pesticides are absorbed into the body through diet,” a summary for the pilot study states. “By choosing organic products, it is possible by and large to avoid the consumption of these chemicals through food.” The study was conducted by the IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute — an independent research body — at the behest of the Swedish retailer Coop Sverige AB. In the study a family (the Palmbergs) agreed to eat only organic for two weeks. The family ate a conventional diet for two weeks, and then researchers took urine samples from Mats and Anette Palmberg

Vaccine Dangers Exposed: Women Paralyzed By The Flu Shot  Evidence continues to pile up in support of those long wary of the flu shot, despite the continued push by a broad majority of U.S. healthcare officials. In December 2014, an official with the Centers for Disease Control admitted the current season’s flu shot was likely ineffective. Now, a young woman has come forth to tell her story of how the H1N1 flu vaccine she received in 2010 has left her disabled. Twenty-three-year-old Sydney Rich of Oklahoma City lapsed into a coma three months after receiving the flu vaccine and has never fully recovered . Today, she is in a wheelchair and has difficulty moving the left side of her body. Physicians trace tragedy to flu shot Sydney’s doctors say her condition is a result of receiving the flu shot, though federal health officials are dismissive of the cause. She suffers from an autoimmune disease known as Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) . The condition has lef

How To Grow Your Own Organic Food With ‘Additive Intercropping’  Some of my early, organic urban gardening attempts resulted in wilted produce, eaten alive by aphids and other pesky bugs, and I almost gave up growing one of my favorite greens altogether – lettuce. But there are fairly simple techniques any gardener can utilize to survive these woes and create a stellar organic garden – something called additive intercropping is one of those techniques. Whether you want to grow butter lettuce for a beautiful garnish, endive or arugula for gourmet salads, or one of the many hundred other varieties besides Iceburg for both their nutrition and taste, it can be simply maddening to have a good crop of baby greens started only to be devoured by insects. The great news is that you can grow your greens without pesticide, and do it beautifully, simply by planting the right variety of flowers as companions to your lettuces. 7 Ways To Prevent And Even Reverse Heart Disease With Nutrition  Considering that heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the developed world, anything that can prevent cardiac mortality, or slow or even reverse the cardiovascular disease process, should be of great interest to the general public. Instead, they spend billions buying highly toxic cholesterol-lowering pharmaceuticals with known cardiotoxicity , among 300 other proven side effects, simply because their doctor told them to do so. Israel Punishes Poor Vaccine Skeptics: “No Vaccines, No Child Support”  In the U.S. not only are there dozens of compulsory vaccination bills that magically cropped up from individual states right after the measles situation in California, but also a federal bill to nullify state decisions and make sure that virtually every child is vaccinated . Then came Australia’s own vaccine bubble and their new “no jab, no pay” policy to cut benefits from parents who won’t vaccinate their children. If that wasn’t enough force in the name of “ child welfare ,” Israel has just unilaterally decided that child support allowances for the poor will be purposely withheld from those who won’t vaccinate their children. Times of Israel reported on a decision that citizens had no say in whatsoever (emphasis added): When United Torah Judaism inked its coalition agreement with Likud on April 29, party members triumphantly hailed the reversal of a slew of legislative measures implemented by arch

10 Crucial Questions Your Doctor Should Ask You (But Probably Doesn’t)  We all know what it’s like to fill out detailed forms about our medical history at the doctor’s office. But is your doctor asking you the questions he or she really needs in order to get a good read on your health? At the Whole Health Medicine Institute, the training program my team runs for doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, energy healers and other health care providers, we teach healers how to ask patients the right questions. But in case your doctor isn’t asking you the questions that might illuminate potential root causes of your illness , try asking yourself these questions… 1. What is your body saying no to? What is really true for us — wholly, deeply, undeniably true at a soul level — often appears as flashes of intuition. We encounter it in dark nights of the soul. We see it reflected back to us through the mirrors of other people. We feel it in our bones. But we often deny what is true

Cops Who Flash Banged Infant Are Blaming The Baby  Nearly a year has passed since a Habersham County SWAT team stormed into the Phonesavanh residence, and very nearly killed their 19 month old child . The no knock raid was prompted by an anonymous tip which suggested there were drugs in the house. As the officers forced their way into the home, they lobbed a flash grenade which wound up landing in the crib where baby “bou-bou” was sleeping. As it erupted, the infant suffered severe burns and had to be taken to the hospital, and placed in a medically induced coma. To any sane person, the sheriff’s department would be responsible for the damage inflicted on this child. Not only were there no drugs in the house, but the suspect they were looking for was found elsewhere. And despite their claims that they had the house under surveillance for two days prior to the raid, somehow they had no idea that there were children who lived there. More http://bit.ly/1PysQE1 '

Changing My Idea Of Being Prepared  I have been prepping for over 10 years now and have had to use the preps a few times because of things happening to our family, that were emergencies to us. Lay-offs and more. We found out that our food stockpile was great. We had enough food to last the almost the whole time the first time hubby was laid-off and the the second time we were in even better shape. We sold items on eBay and other places to make money for our bills . Cut out a lot of needless things, like cable. Which we never did get back. But, I am starting to really rethink my idea on being prepared. Yes, we should have some stockpile of items, but we should learn how to do things for yourselves! That should be your first thought. After the food runs out can we get more on your own? Do you know how to garden? Fish? Hunt? Do you know how to cook the items that you get? Can you clean a fish or a squirrel? These are the things that everyone should be learning and you will alw
