How to Prepare Thyme Tea
What to use:
- A handful of dried or fresh thyme
- A covered container for brewing and straining
- Mug
Method of preparation:
1. Use 1 tablespoon of dried thyme for a cup of water, but if you use fresh thyme use more. Put the thyme in the brewing container.
2. Pour the thyme with water and place it on heat to boil.
3. Cover the container and infuse for 5 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture and serve.
