(N.Morgan) The ice storms and snow we've been experiencing have been unnatural and strange events, even to the meteorologists, who seem perplexed by this Polar Vortex. A simple explanation for this Polar Vortex, is Geo-engineering. These weather events have no doubt been man made events.

What would be the motive for this? Let's look at the facts, as we know them. When people cannot travel, then food cannot be delivered to various stores, etc. No food, means people start going hungry. Also, these storms have left many without power, water, and the basic necessities, one needs to survive.
